THE CARRIER DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES

LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
The carrier's liability is limited to $2.00 per pound ($4.41 per kg) per shipment unless otherwise declared. If greater value is declared excess insurance charges will be applied at the rate of 5% of declared value (minimum charge $5.00). Declared value shall not exceed $500.00 per shipment and prior arrangements must be made in writing with the carrier before shipping the goods.

FRAGILE GOODS:
No liability shall be recognized by the carrier for damage or delay due to improper packing or improper labeling of shipments. No claim shall be recognized for fragile commodities and plants unless the package has been clearly marked "FRAGILE", and Reliable Courier has been informed of the Fragile nature prior to the service being performed. In such cases the rate will be one and one-half times the normal rate.

CREDIT PRIVILEGES:
All shipments are on a cash basis unless the customer has established an account with Reliable Courier Service prior to the service being performed. Overdue accounts are subject to late payment interest of 29.36% per annum (2% per month).

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT:
Primary responsibility for all delivery charges rests with the shipper, as well as any costs which may incur for returning the shipment or warehousing pending disposition.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS:
Not accepted.

CUBIC WEIGHT:
Articles or shipments of lesser density will be charged for as 15lbs. per cubic foot at the applicable rate.
